Is ‘homestay’ a countable or uncountable noun? And how we can use it, please give me some sentence examples?

It can be both countable or uncountable depeding on the use!
Examples:
- Homestays are available on the website all year long.
- Homestays in this city are usually far away from the centre.
- There will be a homestay with a native family at the end of the journey.

‘Homestay’ is a new word and concept, facilitated by the internet. It isn’t universally understood and its meaning is evolving.
It’s usually going to be countable, but could be uncountable as a concept. For example
Should we be worried that homestay is going to impact our hotel revenues?
Some predict that homestay will revolutionize tourism, but I’m skeptical.
