So much of education has become toxic in various ways, all the worse when it's both intentionaland avoidable. Especially during the pandemic, no one would like to come to China, the new principal agreed to come to China, but her requirement is that her husband, her son and daughter in law all come to work at the school in very high positions.

That's very bad, things shouldn't be that way. But you wrote it very well!
