Last night, we came back to Hanoi from the countryside. We carried a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits as well as some kinds of meat and eggs. We are interested in home made countryside products because they all fresh and clean, delicious and make with love.

"homemade" is a single word
The reason "made" is correct and "make" is wrong is that you need to use an adjective. Participles (like "made" and "making") can be adjectives but "make" is not an adjective. The adjective "made" modifies the noun "products".
I don't really like the word "clean". I'm not sure what word to suggest though. The products you buy from rural vendors are not more clean than products you buy in a supermarket. In fact, they may have more dirt but this does them no harm. You can just wash them off.
"homegrown", not "homemade". Farmers do not "make" vegetables. They "grow" them. However, I like "made with love" even though the vegetables are not made by people. The humans provide their labor with love. It's a poetic image. I like "delivered with love" even better though.
An example of a "homemade" country product would be a jam made from strawberries.

Thank you for sharing, Molly! It's true that the city is very convenient for buying produce, but you're right that it doesn't compare with getting freshly grown food from the countryside. :)
