The best way to improve the quality of education in a country is to increase teachers' salaries. Personally, I believe that the personal life of teachers can directly influence the levels of education. I feel this way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following essay. To begin with, teachers can acquire the requirement that they need for their life thus, they become more and more welfare consequently, they can teach without busy mind. As a result, they can heighten their concentration to manage class. For example, in other careers, we can see people that have a lot of problems to handle livelihood, because of, low levels of their incoming. For instance, my father was always concerned about managing his payment to pass manage home expenses. I remember, in my childhood, when my father didn’t have enough money to support our family, he became so sad and frustrated. His emotion directly influenced us insofar as lack of funds depressed me and I was doing my homework hard.
