I remember when I started to work at my first job, I had to conform to a specific dress code, and perhaps it was too formal for my tasks, since I didn’t speak with any customer directly. Finally, the company reduced the requirement for the dress code, and it was only necessary for employees who had customer meetings. Currently, I don’t have a special dress code, and I have some colleagues who wear different clothes with any restrictions. However, I think there are some sort of unwritten rules that we all know and respect it.
