There was a large gender disparity in some faculties. Engineering was dominated by male academics. On the other hand, education had the highest percentage of female academics. Notably, 85％ of the engineering staff members were males, and only 15％ of them were females. Also, male eduction staff members were about 3 times females. But, other faculties were more balanced their composition. It is interesting to note that business and science had the same percentage of male and female. And medicine proportion of men and female were almost equal.
