Good weather today. Tomorrow is Fourth of July, and there's something even greater - my big sis is back! She's expecting us for lunch tomorrow. Things are about to get interesting, though. My sis has a way of, well, shaking things up. Simply put, she's bringing her boyfriend, Eric, along this time – and didn't even bother to tell us ahead! I admire her nerve. I mean, what about that tuition aid negotiation? With that dude around? Really? Bless her heart, I gotta be the peacekeeper and work my magic to prevent things from getting awkward! Dad is playing cool, but we all know he's burning inside. Anyway, tomorrow definitely will be one hell of an unforgettable Independence Day.
