Hi Michael just like in the other audio similar to this one, it’s better to say ‘soy Michael’. You can say ‘Soy Michael, estoy para servirle. ¿ En qué lo puedo ayudar?’ But if you prefer something shorter, just mention your name and ‘¿ en qué lo puedo ayudar?’
