In Costa Rica, we have "Cajetas". They are made of condensed milk, sugar, butter, and grated coconut. They can be cubic or ball-shaped. They are named like that because tradicionally they were stored in small wooden boxes ("Cajas" in Spanish) to let them dry after being prepared. They taste great!
