Today's grammar practice:
1) Pigeon is usually thought of as a symbol of the peace.
2) Unless you practice violin every day, I'll sell your violin.
3) All she ever spends her free time on these days is watch TV.
4) All he ever wants to eat every day is nuts ice cream.
5) The only thing he ever drink is soda water.
6) The only thing she ever does on weekends is go shopping.

Today's grammar practice:
1) The dove is usually thought of as a symbol of peace.
2) Unless you practice violin every day, I'll sell your violin.
3) All she ever spends her free time on these days is watching TV.
4) All he ever wants to eat is nut (usually we are more specific, i.e. pecan, peanut, etc) ice cream.
5) The only thing he ever drinks is soda water.
6) The only thing she ever does on weekends is go shopping.

Even though a pigeon is a species of dove, the dove is the symbol of peace. PEACE is generally uncountable, so does not need an article. (There are exceptions, e.g., the peace that arrived after the treaty was signed, . . . etc.) WATCH is a verb, add ING to make it a noun (i believe this is called a GERUND). EVER and EVERY DAY are redundant, so don't use both. Good job!
