There are mainly three things I always use to keep my brain relaxed and productive. First of all, try to set up your imminent plans ahead of time so that you can easily know what kinds of work needing prioritized and accomplished uppermost. As a result, your stress will be significantly reduced and you won't feel any fatigue hence. Secondly, you should not let the workload accounts for all recessive time. Therefore, you need to take some short break whenever each thing is finished or in your working processes. A light meal would be perfect to regain your energy or you can take a stroll to help stretch the muscles of your body either. Finally, instead of being disappointed when your work went out or it didn't go as envisaged, you should take a deep breath and think that sometimes making mistakes, even terrible ones, maybe a good thing to review your flaws with the benefit of hindsight and take away new experience.Afterwards, you'll be motivated again and ready to continue working.
