As is well-known, There are many cultural differences between Chinese and foreign countries. But one of the differences has come home to me these days.
A few days ago, I wanted to study English and I registered the app italki, then I completed my personal information.
Yesterday, when I was using italki, I suddenly founded my profile photo is a cat, while most people are themselves picture.
I remembered that I had seen a vlog. A YouTuber talked about how Chinese people like use animal photos or cartoon characters as their social media pictures, but people form abroad……

As is well-known, There are many cultural differences between China and other countries. But one of the differences has come home to me these days.
A few days ago, I wanted to study English and I registered on the app, italki, and then I completed (or "filled in" / "filled out") my personal information.
Yesterday, when I was using italki, I suddenly found (or "noticed") (that) my profile photo is a cat, while most people use a picture of themselves.
I remembered that I had seen a vlog. A YouTuber talked about how Chinese people like use animal photos or cartoon characters as their social media pictures, but people from abroad……

information. Yesterday, when I was using italki, I suddenly realized that while my profile
photo is a cat, most people are using pictures of themselves. I remembered that I
had seen a vlog where a youtuber talked about how Chinese people like to use animal
photos or cartoon characters as their social media pictures, but people from
abroad…… (Take a break and continue writing☕️)
This is so interesting!!! I never really thought about that until you mentioned it. How cute and funny.
