Hi there,
Twinge = a sudden slight feeling or emotion. I felt a twinge of guilt/jealousy/envy.
Pang = a sudden sharp pain or painful emotion, a pang of guilt
I agree with Tom that 'a pang' is a little stronger

There isn't much difference. Perhaps a pang is slightly more guilt.
By the way, I always used the expression "tinge of guilt", not "twinge of guilt", but both seem to be in use according to my online dictionary. A "tinge" is a small amount. A "twinge" is more like a pang, in that it is a pulling action.
I would say "pang of guilt" is the least common of the three, but all are fine.
I hope that helps.

A “pang” hurts.

There isn't much, because there isn't much difference between "twinge" and "pang."
I'm going to check a dictionary.
"Twinge: 1. A sharp, sudden physical pain. See Synonyms at pain.
2. A mental or emotional pain: 'a twinge of guilt.'
Pang: 1. A sudden sharp bodily pain: hunger pangs. See Synonyms at pain.
2. A sudden sharp feeling of emotional distress: 'a pang of guilt.'"
I can't tell any difference between those two definitions.
