I am glad to receive your email. Are you ok? I think organising a schol talent competition is a terrific idea. In my opinion,all ages students could enter the competition would be a better choice, Because everyone has the thing that they are in talent, and, maybe they ll be very humor. I don't suggest letting parents peat judge the competition,I think some parenits will cheat. I advise you to give a gold medal to the winner. Best wishes for you! Jeremy
