I think they want C.
A. B. and C. are grammatically correct. However, A and B would only be grammatically correct in pretty strange circumstances.
A. is correct if you're asking about a hypothetical future possibility.
B is correct if you are asking what noise to make to get the animal to come to you, ex. "here kitty kitty.'
C. is the most normal, so that's probably the answer they are looking for.
D. would be correct if it was ", which hotel did you live in in Korea."
