Hello! If the client paid by credit card, but something went wrong with the terminal, would it be correct to say: 1. Your payment didn't go through. or 2. Your payment wasn't successful.

Hi! Both options are correct, but option 2 is more formal. Option 1 is what I say in daily life. Option 2 is more likely found in written communications or used in polite professional situations.
