Well, I follow some certain task before going to bed everynight. I brush my teeths and perform "Wudu", which is cleaning your face, hand and feets with water in the aim of performing prayer. After completing my Wudu I perform "Isha" prayer, it is the last prayer of the day in Islam. Later on I dim the light of the room. I drink water from my bottol and take it beside me in the bed. I put alarm for the next day and I go to sleep.
