I have felt delighted every time I have woken up in the last few days. It could either be be from the sunshine, or perhaps because I have learned to understand myself better. I drank a glass of wine before going to bed , and slept through the night. After reading several pages of a novel and eating my breakfast, the sun began shining into the room.
