Two questions. Why are there people here who never, ever use these words that are so easy to say and does so much good? If you don’t know what I’m talking about, I will use this words at the end. Why does it have to be like this? I can never tell. Thank you!

I’ve noticed the same phenomenon, but I’m also guilty of it. People don’t say it enough in person either. I’ve also noticed the same occurrence with the word “please”. 🌈 Nicky
