I use to disconnect with my cellphone. I see motivational videos from people who I admire, read book with some kind of things that I can learn, and music and dance make me feel good too.

I detach myself from using my cellphone. I watch motivational videos from people whom I admire, and read books with learnings to gain, I also listen to music, and dancing makes me feel good too.
