I have gotten so many different answers to this question. Somebody please help! Out of the 3 options I listed below for "I am eating", which one is used most often in Bangkok? Most often in Phuket?
If I am in a restaurant eating dinner and a friend calls me on the phone and says, "Hey! What are you doing?", and I want to tell them in Thai that I am eating. I do not want to say what specific food I am eating, just that I am eating.
1) Pom gamlang gin kaao yuu
2) Pom gamlang gin kaao
3) Pom gin kaao yuu
Please tell me which one of these is the most common way of saying "I am eating".

I will go with no.3 if I’m talking with a friend. In a casual conversation, Thai people often drop the subject of the sentence, too. So you can just say “gin kaao yuu”. 😊
