I try to keep my weight in the normal condition. For that I decided to eat healthy foods. I prefer vegetables and fruits instead of sweets. I also eat meat, eggs, because I think that's important for my health. I choose rice flour instead of usual flour, because the first one is healthier.

I also eat meat and eggs, because I think they are important for my health. I choose rice flour instead of usual flour, because the former is healthier.
