When I reminisced about my childhood, the only memories that would come up to my head is me playing Filipino games with my cousins.
Memories with them is really fun and unforgettable. We used to play hide and seek, “bahay-bahayan”- which is building a fort and pretend sleeping, “luksong baka”- where we jump to a person who’s bending his/her knees lika a cow.
We would play on the street in the afternoon or at night- but we’re only allowed to play at night when there is an adult watching over. When I think about those moments, i get too emotional cause knowing that we can’t do it again since we are growing older. But still, i am thankful for those moments with them because they made my childhood very memorable.
