When we talk about food or drinks, we use "have". We normally just say eat or drink if you want to describe the action, for example, "Be careful drinking that coffee because it's very hot."
Middle East is the name of a region, so we need to put capital letters. I would possibly use it as an adjective here - a famous, Middle Eastern dessert.
"An" Arabic country - "the" would be for a specific one.
Basbosa is made with semolina, isn't it? What other things are in it? It looks fantastic in the photo.
