Today I want say about my national foods- tatar foods. On the pictures you can see some of them. All of them contains dough.
The second pictures is "chak-chak". It's a sweets. Small fried sweet dough in small shreds. Pour honey syrup on top.
After it is " Balesh". We can eat it instead of the first course and the second. It include potatoes, meats and dough.
The fire picture named "peremech". Its a fried little pie with an open part, minced meat is put inside.
Did you ever eat it?
