I don't have a favorite childhood memory as I don't remember much of my childhood but the time I remember being the most happy is my teen years. I didn't know what the world was like and didn't know much about being stressed out other than because of upcoming tests. I wish I could recall memories of my childhood. I have tried but the furthest I can go is when I was 7 or 8 years old and still can't remember a favorite memory worth to tell.

This is very close. I would say favourite memory worth telling. Otherwise, some if your long sentences could be split into two. They are not necessarily wrong, but shorter sentences are easier to read. E.g. 7 or 8 years old. Even then, I can't think of a favourite memory...
