I'm going to talk about skipping grades. I don't think that exceptionally good students should be allowed to skip grades because learning in school is not only about studying. School is also a place to learn about morals and common sense. I think that such opportunities are important in both elementary schools and universities. Since they are a good student, they may not have any trouble academically even if they skip a grade. However, they may grow up only to be able to study and lack in other abilities. It may also cause inconvenience to students in classes that are skipped. If we consider only the academic aspect, skipping a class may be an advantage because students don't have to take tedious classes. However, I think that other students or non-academic aspects should also be taken into consideration. The second reason is that you will not be able to stay in school with friends your own age. It is possible to make new friends in the classes you skip. However, you will be separated from the friends you have been spending time with. For these reasons, I don't think that exceptionally good students should be allowed to skip grades.
