Do you know Ahijo? It means “chopped garlic” in Spanish. It’s a simple dish with olive oil, garlic, takanotsume, and ingredients and seasoned with only salt. In Spain, they often use a heat-resistant ceramic plate called Casuela. I have known Ahijo before. However, I was surprised because it is seasoned with salt.

However, I was surprised to learn/(find out) that it is seasoned with (only) salt.
I did not know what Ahijo was. I even had to look up takanotsume. At least now I know.
