It was sunny today, and not much happened as usual. In class, I learned about a really moving story involving a girl with a physical disability who loves playing wheelchair basketball. It was all about perseverance and the spirit of sports. On a different note, my dad skipped the gym today. His weight scale reading’s crept up a bit lately, so I’m starting to think his diet and exercise routine is hitting a rough patch. Tomorrow, Mom and I are teaming up to make sure he goes—for the sake of the whole family’s health.
