Is it fine if i have some problems with grammers and the other skills? I did not know what is the wrong or if it is because i need to a long time to see my learning results.

The only times grammar and spelling actually count are when you are taking tests or need to use the language properly for a job. The best way to learn is to speak to native speakers of the new language, and that involves making mistakes and not worrying about it. Have fun. Good luck!
