You should say ‘I’ve received a lot of help.’ To be ‘a product of something’ requires that the something is well known and that a lot of people have gone through that path.

Tell me if I am wrong, but you seem to be saying that you have received a lot of help from others. Is that right? If so, you can say it this way: "I am the product of all the help I have received"
