Written Exercise 45 - Health Advice We Should Take To Heart
As we know, often staying up late and drinking can chronically damage our liver. Liver damage is irreversible and can lead to death. For protecting our liver and saving our lives, here is some health advice we should follow.
1. Try to drink less, and if at all possible,quit drinking.
2. Go to bed earlier than you are accustomed to.
3. Make reasonable daily plans and a bedtime routine.
4. To execute the bedtime routine you make, “mark down the result of enforcement”(do you mean “keep track of how well you are following it”?) and review it from time to time.
5. Tell your family that you are following some health advice guidelines and ask them to supervise you.
6. When you want to give up, remind yourself why you follow the health advice.
