like Zee said "procrastination" is the act of putting off certain activities (usually tedious or difficult ones) for a later time, inappropriately. it definitely has a negative connotation. I just wanted to provide a few examples of "procrastination" as a noun and "procrastinate" as a verb to help clarify for other.
Examples: Procrastination - Noun - "My biggest problem at work isn't how difficult my job is, it's actually my constant procrastination to do big projects. I just know they're going to take forever so i don't want to start them" / "Defeating procrastination is one of the most important skills to work on in order to become more successful"
Examples: Procrastinate - Verb - "My biggest problem at work isn't how difficult my job is, it's actually that i constantly procrastinate" / " Not procrastinating is one of the most important skills . . . "

Hi🙂
Procrastination is the action of putting something off to do at a later time.
Example: Repeatedly putting off a homework assignment until the night before it's due.
