Tutor de la comunidadMy country India is very culturally diverse. We have many languages, dialects, religions, and traditions, it’s almost like having many countries within one. When our Constitution was written, it was built on the idea of secularism so that everyone, no matter their faith or background could feel they belong here. But lately, I feel this diversity has at times become a reason for people to divide. Sometimes, when people strongly identify with a certain culture, they begin to see others as “different.” For me diversity is such a beautiful thing and should be a reason for people to connect, not pull apart. I see this not just in India, but around the world too. The world feels increasingly divided along cultural lines in the last few years. I know I’ve gone a bit off-topic here, but that’s what it feels like

Broadly speaking, that was very good Aditi. The holes I'd pick would be more to do with what you've said, as opposed to the way you've composed your post. And that would only be around the line where you said, "they begin to see others as different".
For me, I'm rather of the mind that supporting diversity starts with recognising one another's differences. In my opinion, it's then just about being kind to one another, and both appreciating and accepting those differences. I'd argue it's difficult to support diversity in our communities if we don't first see the differences.
