Is this sentence OK?
I mean the egg white is undercooked.
If I say;
I don't like my eggs runny.

"I don't like my eggs runny" is a natural way to say it, though most people will assume you're talking about the yolks (the yellow part).
If you specifically hate when the whites are undercooked, you might want to be a bit more specific so you don't end up with a hard yolk you didn't want.
Here are a few ways a person would actually say it:
