Hello everyone, how are you?
First of all, thank you so much for your help.
Today, I have a simple question for you.
What's the difference between saying "I have a cold" and " I am cold"?
Once again, thank you for your help.

I HAVE A COLD = I have an illness that involves sneezing, a runny nose, coughing, etc. which often lasts for about a week.
Ex: I had to stay home from work because I had a cold.
I AM COLD = The temperature is lower than is comfortable for me.
Ex. I forgot my jacket today, so I am cold.

"I am cold" is about your personal temperature. "I have a cold" is the English equivalent to "estou resfriado" in Portuguese.
