- Everyone at home supported his decision to adopt a stray dog.
- I never regretted my decision to study Biology.
- Their decision to get divorced surprised everyone.
- No one has the right to criticize your choice to have children later in life.
- His constant need for attention was exhausting.
- It's ironic that heâs criticizing 'nepotism' when he's the very embodiment of it. His face should be next to the word in the dictionary.
- Her desire to have children was so strong that she went through IVF.
- His desire to look rich is making him drown in debt.
- He couldnât let go of his desire to control everything, and this caused him a lot of anxiety.
- Someone with strong determination to learn a language can start having conversations within a few months.

They're all quite natural for Spoken English.
They're not terribly unnatural for Written English either, but a well educated native speaker would usually increase precision & clarity a bit more.
Still, you've done well. A lot of native speakers speak like that.
