"I see. Can I connect it to *an* iPhone and watch movies *on a* website *with* Safari. "In (a) website" sounds unnatural, as does "from safari". Safari is a proper name in this case so should be capitalized. But just because English is so much fun, you could say "watch movies in Safari". For websites, we say things like go to a website, get from a website but we see things in a browser.

Watch movies on websites (with Safari) - but no reason to specify your browser unless you are worried about compatibility.

Your sentence is mostly clear, but it could be polished slightly for grammar and natural flow. Here's an improved version: "Can I connect it to an iPhone and watch movies on websites using Safari?" Changes: 1. Added "an" before "iPhone" for grammatical correctness. 2. Replaced "in websites" with "on websites" (we say "on a website"). 3. Changed "from Safari" to "using Safari" for smoother phrasing.
