I have heard some children complained that they were happier at school than at home. They said, they really wanted to make more effort to become a better self in order to get praise from teacher at school. Whether teachers or classmaters all encouraged them to make progress. But when they went home, their parents assumed that they still had a lot of knowledges to learn and doing homework was the only choise. In fact, they really wanted to share the interesting things happed at school with their parents, and then did homework without their parents' requests. But after losing parents' trust, they suddenly lost interest on they studying. From above examples, I clearly realize that how to became a self-desciplined child mainly depends on how much they accept themsleves and believe they are the best. we can simply call it confidence. But buiding confidence is affected by both their teachers and parents. In the process, parents always make mistakes.

They said, they really wanted to make more efforts to become a better student in order to get praise from teacher at school. Both their teachers and classmates encouraged them to make progress. But when they came back home, their parents assumed that they still had a lot to learn and that doing their homework was their only duty. In fact, they just wanted to share interesting things that happened at school with their parents, and then do their homework without their parents needing to ask for it. But after losing their parents' trust, they suddenly lost interest towards their studies. From the aforementioned examples, I clearly realize that becoming a self-disciplined child mainly depends on how benevolent you are toward yourself and to what extent you believe you are the best. We can simply call it self-confidence. But building self-confidence is influenced by both teachers and parents and throughout that process, parents always make mistakes.
