When I don’t care what time it is and just do it, I’ll be calm so much. When my heart is peaceful, I just can’t feel time flying.
On every past weekend, I have planned to do something but haven’t done it in time, so I always watched the clock to check what time it is. Even if I was watching TV or doing something else relaxing, I was still anxious and what should be done in my plan was in my mind all the time.
But today, I just did what I wanted to do after getting up, I was so peaceful and relax when I was doing everything and forgot what time it is. It’s a very wonderful experience.

This is a really good description and good life advice! I have mainly used the present tense to talk about things that you usually do and the Past Simple to talk about what you did this morning (which is different to your usual habit). This is not the only way of describing your situation but it's a clear and simple one to use. Good job, keep practising!
