Hi ! Can someone correct this? Thanks Stuffat Tal-Fenek. In a sauce pan, pour two teaspoons of olive oil. Put 800 grams of rabbit meal. Brown the rabbit meat and with tongs blow them out. Mince in a roughly way an onion and pour it in a sauce pan, add some garlic and add one carrot. Pour the cooked rabbit meat and add salt and pepper. Add some red wine. Mix everything with a wooden spoon. Add some worcherstershire sauce and tomato paste with a spoon. Add sugar, oregano, beef stock pulp of tomato, bay leaves and simmer everything for 45 minutes. Add potatoes and frozen peas. Mixte everything with a wooden spoon and cover the sauce pan. Simmer for 20 minutes. Pour your préparation on tagliatelle. Bon appetit !
