On the other hand, in rich areas the proportion of crime even higher than unwealthy areas like network attacks, sex harassment, privacy infringement etc. At the advent of technology, the crimes became novel, for instance the theft turns to be less due to few people possess cash in their pocket, their also don’t keep money in their home, however it’s because the development of none cash society. A lots of people became the victims of being deceived by changers on the internet. Even some younger generations including my friend who were educated well are cheated by rascal, they analyze the human weakness of gaining huge money overnight.
