Hi, there Can I say “any other cuisine” or “other cuisine curry” in this sentence? Is it wrong? This recipe is a Western style curry – it’s not a traditional Indian curry, Thai curry, or any other cuisine curry Thank you!

So, this is a really nuanced thing, but it's probably important to note that "cuisine" is a noun, not an adjective. You can't put the word "cuisine" before another noun like "curry." I would probably say something like. "This is a Western-style curry. It's not Indian, Thai, or any other cuisine." OR "This is a Western-style curry. It's not Indian, Thai, or any other style of curry." Basically, pick either "curry" or "style" (or "style of curry"). Don't say both cuisine and curry right after one another. Hope that helps!
