Usually, "Natural Law" refers to the natural order followed by living things. Different people will interpret the meaning of the term differently, and ideas of what Natural Law actually is reflect personal philosophies and religion. Some will claim that there is no such thing at all. It is written nowhere. It is enforced only by no one. You cannot do research on it; you can only do research on what various people say that it is. Does Natural Law govern the stars and planets? It depends whom you ask, but I would say not. Nature only exists where there is life.

Ok, while I have heard and read the definition, I can't make head or tail of it. To me, it doesn't make sense. So, best to ask someone legal.

Are you talking in the context of law, or of nature? There are two possibilities.
Also, you do research, not 'a' research.

Context is very important.
"Natural Law" can mean many different things depending on the context...from philosophy to ethics to scientific principles etc.
Generally, it refers to universal principles/rights/values...what should be inherent to everyone...things that should apply to everyone:
For example, the right for all human beings to live, to be happy, to be free, to have human dignity, autonomy (This should not just apply to just men or just women, just the rich or just the poor..those in the US or those in Africa...it should apply to everyone...and it should ALWAYS be applied regardless of the culture/government).
