You can say: I want to visit Spain.

Since there is only 1 Spain, we just say "I want to visit Spain."
0
"I want to visit Spain."
This is because "a" is an Article that doesn't identify something exact. Ex) If you visit a friends house and open the fridge and asks, "Hey, can I have a soda?" This means that there is more than one soda in the fridge and you just want anyone.
