I found a cell phone on the toilet paper holder in the restroom at the shopping mall.. Did someone forget it? I was busy at work, so I just left the cell phone and came out without doing anything. What should I have done if I had had time? I thought the best thing to do would have been to drop it off at the service counter as a “lost and found.” But I also thought that if I picked it up and left the restroom to deliver it to the “lost and found “ at the store, I would be met by the owner who might think I stole the phone. What do you think of it?
