It's overcast today. I almost forgot that I have a dentist appointment tomorrow. The appointment was made a month ago during my last visit. Now I can recall that my dentist said I needed a few fillings, or even pulls during my next visit. I completely forgot about it feeling no burden at all. Mom reminded me this morning, and now I feel like I'm going to have a meltdown. The images of scalpels and pliers are haunting me again. Why do people need fillings? Why can't teeth grow just perfectly?

It's overcast today. I almost forgot that I have a dentist appointment tomorrow.
The appointment was made a month ago during my last visit. Now I can recall that
my dentist said I needed a few fillings, or even extractions during my next visit. I
completely forgot about it feeling no burden(anxiety) at all. Mom reminded me this
morning, and now I feel like I'm going to have a meltdown. The images of
scalpels and pliers are haunting me again. Why do people need fillings? Why
can't teeth just grow perfectly?
Very well written. When you say "pulls," you mean pull a tooth/teeth out right? If so, you can use the word "extraction." Ex: The dentist said I need an extraction.

Very good questions!
