I think you may mean "no matter how/what...", in Chinese it's "无论如何“。”无论如何“ could serve as a summary of all situations in a sentence structure"无论…都…”。So your sentences could be changed in two ways:
1) 无论我有多少钱,我都想要买这辆车。(No matter how much money I have, I want to buy this car.)
(No matter what [situation I am in, e.g., have money or not, get approval from parents or not], I want to buy this car.)
(No matter how tired I am, I want to watch the movie with you.)
(No matter what [e.g. tired or not, have a lot of work or not], I want to watch the movie with you.)
(No matter how hard this book is, I want to try to read it.)
(No matter how/what [e.g., hard or not, have time or not], I want to try to read the book.)
I hope this will help.
By the way, "如果(if)对不对(right or not)“ should be "是否(whether/if)正确(correct)"。”如果“ is used more in predicting a situation, like
(If it rains tomorrow, I will stay at home.)
(If this sentence is correct, I will be happy.)
Best,
Della

Ummm something wrong…
Firstly, it’s 无论如何 instead of 如何无论.
And it can be translated to ’anyway‘ instead of ‘however’.
