I’m definitely a night owl. I always sleep late. I like to do something at night because I feel very quiet. I often write something or watch TV at night. So I always stay up late. I know sleep late is bad for my skin and health. Now I decide I’ll go to bed early .

I’m definitely a night owl and I always sleep late. I like to do something at night when I am alone and it is quiet or just when I am bored. I often write or watch TV and this is why I end up sleeping late. I do, however, know that sleeping late is bad for my skin and health, that is why I sometimes decide to go to bed early.
You are spot on. Getting enough sleep can decrease lots of ill-health to our bodies. Watching TV can maybe become reading a book for you to sleep at night, as the flashing lights from the TV stimulates activity in the brain thus keeping us awake even when we are really tired.
