My family is not too big, it includes me, my brother, three sisters, my father and my mother.
And I'm gonna tell you the attribute for every single one in my family. First of all my father, he’s always nervous, my mother is very emotional if anything happens to me or my other brothers she becomes afraid of us.
My brother likes my father, he’s also nervous
And my sisters l dunno too much about them,
Because I live in my grandfather’s house.
Finally, I might I'm the most normal guy in my family, sometimes I’ll be nervous and sometimes I’ll be a cool feeling it depends on the situation.

The word nervous mean afraid, very worried or scared. If this is not what you meant, depending on your meaning you could say:
To describe someone who speaks little you could say shy or quiet.
To describe someone who is easily agitated/easily annoyed you could say hot-tempered, quick-tempered or feisty.
to be afraid of someone/something - to be scared of that person or thing (e.g. I am afraid of monsters, of the dark, of robbers, etc.)
to be afraid for someone - to worry on that person’s behalf (e.g. she has gone alone to that dangerous place, I am afraid for her).
Hope that helps😁.
